The grass is available on a summer licence for a single cut of hay then sheep grazing thereafter. It is available immediately and it is proposed to run until 30th September 2025.

Viewing

The land may be viewed strictly by prior arrangement in daylight hours at your own risk. Please ensure no vehicles are driven onto the land and that gates are kept closed. Please be aware of horses and riders which use the area.

Informal Tender

Please submit your tender in writing by email to with the subject 'The Isle grass tender'. The closing date is midday on Tuesday 20th May 2025. Your tender should be your best and final offer and a single fixed amount for the whole. No escalating bids or bids referring to others or conditions will be accepted.
